RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY                                                

Purchasing from our web site should be a fun experience. Our goal is for you to be satisfied with every purchase you make with us, this is why we go through extensive efforts to have the items that we provide be of the best quality available for the best price possible.   

If you have any questions regarding the items that you wish to purchase, it is best that you contact us via e-mail before you place your order and we will gladly answer any of your questions as far as we can to your satisfaction.

Our store policy requires that due to the seasonal aspect of our merchandise we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
 
IMPORTANT: There will be no Returns or Exchanges of any kind whatsoever on orders placed between October 1st and November 1, 2017.

ALL ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN OCTOBER 1st AND NOVEMBER 1st ARE FINAL. ALL COSTUMES ARE SOLD AS IS.

However, we do realize that ordering online can have certain setbacks and have provided that you may exchange a costume ordered for a different size as long as the following applies:                

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AS THE FOLLOWING MUST ALL APPLY.            

(1)  The costume is returned within 5 days from the date it was received. Note that we only issue an immediate STORE CREDIT for the price of the costume minus a 15% restocking fee and NOT shipping and handling charges that may apply to this return.  THIS STORE CREDIT IS APPLIED TO THE NEW COSTUME EXCHANGED THAT IS OF A DIFFERENT SIZE.

(2)  Costume cannot be used or altered in any way, either stretched, ripped, or with makeup or any other marks. 

(3)  The item must be returned in its original package and packaging must be in same condition as it was received (not ripped, torn or mistreated).

(4)  All items that are included with the costume must be inside the package and must be in the same condition as it was received.

(5)  We will only issue credits for returns that follow the above procedures and that are received by us with a RAN clearly printed on the outside of the returned box.  Please be sure to use a shipping company that has a way of tracking packages as we are not responsible for packages sent to us that are lost in the mail and are not trackable.

In order to obtain a RAN:

If the above applies, please e-mail (sales@crazyforcostumes.com) the reason for the return, your e-mail, invoice number and phone number in case we need to reach you and, if we deem the request appropriate, a RAN will be issued via e-mail.

You will need  to obtain a RAN in order to process your exchange.  Please do not send a package without a RAN clearly shown on the outside of the package as it will be refused and sent back to the sender.

Note that THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO ONE-SIZE COSTUMES, which we CAN NOT RETURN.

Please take time to verify our COSTUME SIZING GUIDE to ensure a correct fit and avoid unnecessary returns.

NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RETURN THE FOLLOWING ITEMS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DUE TO HYGENE:      

LEG WEAR, LEOTARDS, SHOES, MAKEUP, WIGS, MUSTACHES AND BEARDS, FAKE TEETH AND EYE WEAR.

WE ARE ALSO UNABLE TO RETURN ANY MAGIC TRICKS, JOKES, COSTUME ACCESSORIES OR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS.

SHIPPING INFORMATION                                                             

All in-stock merchandise is shipped out the same day or within 1-2 business days after your order is received, stock is verified, and your credit card is approved.  Although we work our hardest to get your order out at the stated times, exceptions may apply during the Halloween season.

If you order an item that is not in stock, you can choose to be notified when that item will be received by providing us with your e-mail or phone number at

We ship in the Continental US and to EPS / CPS numbers using FED EX and UPS.  Please see UPS rates below:

Standard Shipping will usually take between 3 to 7 business days depending where your order is shipped.                            

Our shipping rates depend on the carrier and whether it is being shipped to the Continental U.S.  The usual USPS rates are approximately:

Note that these are average rates and that there may be some items that require extra shipping charges.  These will be made known to you on the product description.                               

Please do not list a Post Office Box as a shipping address since neither UPS nor Federal Express can ship to a P.O. Box.                     

If you wish to receive your order through Express mail, please note that there are additional shipping charges as follows.  This service is only provided for shipping in the Continental US.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS                                                                                             

We ship via UPS to those countries that work with EPS/CPS accounts as long as the shipping address and the credit card billing address are the same.  The shipping and handling charges are the same as the domestic charges to the Miami EPS/CPS location.  Custom and

Import duties are not included in the shipping charges above, nor is the standard charge from EPS/CPS.  Please be aware that it is your responsibility to cover these and the customs charges.  IF AN ORDER IS REFUSED BY THE CUSTOMER DUE TO CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES, WE CANNOT REFUND THE ORDER.  It is also the responsibility of the customer to follow up with the package once the order is delivered to the EPS/CPS account destination.

Once your order is received you will be sent via e-mail a confirmation regarding your order.  Please print this copy for your records as it will have your order number on it.  Once your order has shipped, you will be sent a UPS or Fed Ex tracking number to track your purchase.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY                                                                              

While our warehouse is usually well stocked with the merchandise shown, during the month of October it is impossible to guarantee that all items specified will be in stock at the time that your transaction is processed.  While we will try to make every possible effort  to have your item reach you at the time you request, please make sure you specify the date your purchase is needed.  It is also important that you provide us with your telephone number/ e-mail address in case we need to contact you regarding your purchase.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Cashiers checks and money orders are also accepted and should be made out to Crazy for Costumes Inc.                                                               

We can only process credit card transactions for the cardholder whose name appears on the account.  We can only take credit card orders for cardholders over 18 years of age.

PRODUCT INFORMATION:

A SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING COLOR/FABRIC VARIATIONS:  It is sometimes the case with some costumes that the color on the pictures varies from the color of the actual costume, as there are cases that the fabric might not be what is expected.  We try to be as specific as possible in our costume description; however, it is beyond our control if the item you ordered as pictured is not the color or the exact fabric that was expected by you.  As we try to accommodate every taste and style, sometimes this is not possible.  In our efforts to answer your uncertainties, any further specifications that the costume description does not provide can be obtained by e-mail at sales@crazyforcostumes.com
